Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 1 year of experience in HR. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical recruitment, representing the organization in institute collaborations, and driving career fairs.

This role requires a confident, professional individual who can build strong relationships with educational institutes, support recruitment drives, and contribute to the organization’s HR objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes
• Represent the company in institute collaborations, career fairs, and recruitment drives
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutes for talent acquisition
• Plan, coordinate, and execute career drives and campus hiring events
• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, ensuring proper documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide HR support
• Identify talent trends and provide suggestions to improve recruitment strategies

Education & Experience Requirements

• Graduate in Human Resources or related field
• 1 year of experience in HR, technical recruitment, and institute representation
