About the Position

ScaleUp is hiring for a client! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to play a key role in managing leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and CRM processes. This role requires a blend of sales skills, technical tool management, and operational ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, follow-ups, and nurturing
  • Schedule and coordinate physical meetings/visits for the CEO with qualified prospects
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads to move them through the pipeline

CRM & Tools Management

  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead data and activity tracking
  • Extract and organize contact data using tools like Resimpli or similar platforms
  • Ensure proper lead segmentation, tagging, and lifecycle tracking
  • Maintain data hygiene and regularly clean the CRM database

Marketing & Operations Support

  • Oversee day-to-day marketing operations to ensure campaigns and workflows run smoothly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and follow-up processes
  • Take ownership of execution and identify gaps in workflows

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct online research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and new angles for outreach
  • Suggest improvements in messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies

Reporting

  • Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in Sales, Lead Generation, and CRM Management
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Resimpli, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead qualification
  • Experience in real estate/property industry (preferred)
